«RICC» Ltd. is one of the few companies in Ukraine, which was accredited under the program "Business consulting services EBRD" in following areas: business planning and analysis of capabilities of the project («feasibility study»). The program began its work in Ukraine in 2010, and its main task is to assist the development of Ukrainian small and medium private enterprises, partly compensating for their costs of consulting services. Business Advisory Program has implemented by EBRD in over 23 countries, and during that time the Bank has supported about 14 000 projects.
